Here are 15 basic Combos we drill regularly at the gym. We mix them up by adding a Prefix and Suffixe. IE we'll do a defensive move like a shield, K block, Catch, or a offensive Jab, Cross, or Foot Jab/Teep before or after a combination. Our goal is attack smoothly and vary our attack. I try to keep it simple by using "Rear" and "Lead" so it fits for a Righty or a Lefty. Enjoy!
