    Our 3 month kickstart program is designed to teach you all of the most important elements of Martial Arts, and Self Defense in the shortest possible time to maximize your ability to easily implement the skills you have learned.  Muay Thai Kickboxing will teach you how to move on your feet and how to throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while learning how to defend all of the same.  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Combat Submission Wrestling will teach you how to execute throws, tackles, and takedowns along with how to do chokes and arm and leg locks like you've seen in the UFC along with how to defend each in turn.  We even offer a official Mixed Martial Arts/MMA class that tons of gyms advertise but usually never actually have.  All of these combined along with our Self DefenseClasses that Focus on Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do Concepts, and the Filipino Martial Arts of Kali, Arnis, and Escrima blunt and edged weapons training along with learning some of Krav Maga's Best gun disarms.  You can take just one class if that's what interest you or all of the above and finish the summer STRONG!  Our goal is to bring out the BEST athlete in everyone whether they've been playing sports their entire life or have never tried before, to help people build strength and confidence, to show people that anything is possible with effort and a good plan.
